11 Account Suspension & Termination

WinWin838 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where:

11.2 Termination by the Player

Players may close their Account at any time by contacting WinWin838 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to outstanding KYC requirements and wagering obligations) will be processed for withdrawal to the Player's verified payment method.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon Account closure, any unused bonus credits will be forfeited. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution clauses — shall continue to apply after Account closure.
